Project work: For this class I researched offshore financial centers (OFC's), including their impact in Latin America, and the British Virgin Islands in particular. The report highlighted the ways in which Latin America is both helped and harmed by the development of OFC’s. Finally, policies were recommended to Latin American economies in a climate of increasing regulation of the offshore finance industry.
