Project work: As part of a team of five students, I explored strategic/competitive issues facing Kaiser Permanente. The firm's most valuable strategic asset was identified, and recommendations were made on how to protect it. The team also indentified the single greatest threat that negatively impacted the firm's competitive success, and made recommendations on how this threat could be neutralized.
I also did some individual research related to Johnson & Johnson's decision to recall Ionsys in Europe. I explored how the core values in J&J's credo played a part in this decision, and how those core values are a source of competitive advantage for the firm.
