- Developed a three-year plan to reduce the number of computer models, significantly decreasing the amount of time needed to manage software builds.
- Assisted in the firm’s rebranding process so that the transition to new name could occur seamlessly.
- Introduced remote administration tools, reducing need to travel to remote offices by more than 50%.
- Automated software upgrades which allowed for a greater focus on strategic and planning issues.
- Compiled and analyzed all prior year IT purchases and predicted future expenditures to create IT budgets.
