- Troubleshot hardware (including all kinds of peripherals) and software issues.
- Designed the build that was used on PC's in over 200 DMV field offices throughout California.
- Created a network guide for users and documented policies and procedures.
- Helped to convert an Rbase database to Microsoft Access.
